Tsuya
-- our mikasa yaki (a type of Japanese pound cake), made with plentiful
quantities of select adzuki beans from the bountiful plains of Hokkaid
-- the northern island of Japan. We sandwich lustrous adzuki beans, slowly
and gently simmered to perfection, in between mikasa yaki that have been
mildly sweetened with traditional Japanese sugar. Our mikasa yaki, made
with an exquisitely harmonized adzuki bean jam that has been only lightly
sweetened and a plump dough, taste pleasant and mild.
Please eat these sweets within one to two days after opening so that they do not spoil. |
