Q: When will my order be delivered?

A: Your order will be shipped out and delivered to you within 3-4 working days. If you require a faster delivery, please contact us.

Please note that there is possibility of delivery delay due to the busy holiday season or extreme weather conditions.

 

Q: Will I receive a shipping confirmation?

A: Once your order has been shipped, we will send you the tracking information by email. You can track your order by logging in to your account.

 

Q: Do you deliver on Saturdays?

Q: Do you offer same day delivery?

Q: Can I schedule a delivery?

A: Unfortunately you cannot schedule a delivery from our online shop.  If you’d like to place scheduled delivery please contact us.

 

Q: Do you ship to post office boxes?

A: At this time we are unable to process orders shipping to PO Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses.

 

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: At this time, we are unable to process orders from our U.S.A. website to ship to any destination outside of the continental United States.
