Q: When will my order be delivered?

A: Your order will be shipped out and delivered to you within 3-4 working days. If you require a faster delivery, please contact us.
Please note that there is possibility of delivery delay due to the busy holiday season or extreme weather conditions.

 

Q: Will I receive a shipping confirmation?

A: Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You can check the status of your package once it’s in transit.

 

Q: Do you deliver on Saturday and Sunday?

A: Delivery will be attempted on Saturday and Sunday in some areas.

 

Q: Do you offer same day delivery?

A: Unfortunately same day delivery is unavailable at this time.

 

Q: Can I schedule a delivery?

A: Unfortunately you cannot schedule a delivery from our online shop. If you’d like to place scheduled delivery please contact us.

 

Q: Do you ship to post office boxes?

A: At this time we are unable to process orders shipping to PO Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses.

 

Q: Do you ship to Hawaii and Alaska?

A: We can ship to Hawaii, Alaska and also Canada. Since we are unable to process those orders through our online store, please directly contact us if you’d like to order.

 

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: It depends on destination. Please directly contact our local stores near to your destination.
